Diverse experience in the architecture, design, analysis and development of electronics systems and hardware components.
Experience with:
- Hardware development, schematic/PCB design (Proteus), complex circuit layout, production, manufacturing processes, assembly. - Coding (Micropython, Bascom AVR) for low-level hardware blocks like SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, NFC, ANT, Bluetooth ect.
- Practical usage of: MQTT, UDP, GPS protocols in GSM modules.
- Strong soldering and reworking skills with SMD components. Including SMD up to size 0201 / BGA. Cable and PCB manual assembly.
- Building of: prototype boards and devices, testing and programming tools.
- Extensive experience with standard electronic test equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeter, microcontroller debuggers)
- Experience designing mechanical elements using 3D CAD scanning / modeling. Including the integration of electronics and mechanical components taking into account the requirements of the external design.
- Generation manufacturing documentation, clear and detailed technical documents, including design specifications, test procedures, quality documents, and technical reports/presentations.
- Extensive experience in design validation and developing/executing test plans
