Personal Assistant to the Owner (Family Office)
A Family Office is looking for a strong Business Assistant for a 3-month assignment in Barcelona
Responsibilities:
• Carrying out personal errands and assignments
• Organizing the owner’s calendar, meetings, travel, and business correspondence
• Liaising with the back-office team
Requirements:
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above. Certificates officially confirming language level are a plus
• Strong organizational skills, stress resilience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a large volume of tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Standard mode is 5/2, but availability during weekends and holidays is essential
