Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently.
Handle bookings, payments, and cancellations.
Provide information about the residence, facilities, and local area.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records in our booking system.
Supervise common areas and ensure house rules are followed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills (familiarity with booking systems is a plus).
Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.

Conditions:
Full-time (40 hours) a week contract
Rotating shifts (morning/evening) from 8:00 AM to 16.00 and 14.00 to 10:00 PM
